Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be to provide quick, accurate answers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally via phone, email, and chat
  • Problem solving: Respond to questions about products/services, troubleshoot issues, and support account-related requests

  • Customer guidance: Explain solutions clearly, address concerns, and ensure customers feel supported

  • Accurate documentation: Log interactions and resolutions carefully in internal systems

  • Escalations: Flag and escalate complex or sensitive cases according to procedures

  • Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

  • Quality & targets: Meet service KPIs, quality standards, and response-time goals

  • Ongoing learning: Stay updated on products, policies, and best practices to deliver excellent support

    

Requirements: 

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
