Key Responsibilities:

• Assess different types of content, including text, images, videos, and links, to ensure they comply with moderation standards

• Enforce platform policies consistently while making balanced and well-informed decisions

• Handle user appeals with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication

• Work closely with internal teams to uphold content quality, safety, and platform integrity

• Monitor user activity trends to detect and address potential risks

• Provide input on tools, workflows, and processes to enhance moderation effectiveness

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
