Role Overview: 

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Your mission will be to provide accurate guidance, address inquiries efficiently, and deliver a smooth and positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional support through phone, email, and chat

• Manage diverse inquiries, including service requests, account assistance, and basic troubleshooting

• Clearly explain solutions, resolve concerns, and ensure customers feel heard and appreciated

• Maintain precise documentation of cases and update records accordingly

• Escalate complex or sensitive issues following established procedures

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Austrian German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
