As a Travel Customer Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and stress-free travel experiences. Through clear and professional communication across multiple channels, you will assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel-related questions. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
