Key Responsibilities:

• Review user-generated text, images, videos, and links to confirm alignment with platform standards (No Sensitive Content)

• Apply moderation policies consistently to support a positive user experience

• Respond to user appeals clearly and professionally

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance policy application and best practices

• Stay informed on digital trends to refine moderation approaches

• Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes

  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
