Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat channels. Your focus will be on providing effective solutions, clear communication, and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and approachable support via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account-related requests

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
