About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Agent, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customers who need support before, during, or after their trips. Through digital communication channels, you’ll manage inquiries related to bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—helping customers enjoy a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist travellers via chat, email, and online platforms with travel-related inquiries

  • Manage bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations

  • Provide clear information on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage rules, and refund procedures

  • Support customers with account updates, payments, and loyalty/rewards programs

  • Recognize urgent or complex situations (e.g., disruptions, missed connections) and escalate when necessary

  • Record customer conversations and outcomes accurately in internal systems

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent service quality

  • Achieve service quality targets, productivity expectations, and response-time KPIs

  • Stay informed on travel policy updates, destination changes, tools, and process improvements

    

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
