About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the main contact for customers, delivering outstanding assistance with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Turkish residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
