About the Role:
As a Customer Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is smooth and positive. With your communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability, you’ll help create meaningful customer experiences for users across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat on inquiries, issues, and general support requests

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
