As a Travel Customer Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering helpful guidance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
