Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal policies and community guidelines
• Apply moderation standards consistently while making objective and unbiased decisions
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful online environment for platform users
• Follow moderation procedures and remain up to date with policy changes and platform updates
• Identify sensitive, high-risk, or complex cases and escalate them when necessary
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of content
• Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety and operational goals
• Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response times
• Stay informed about industry trends, digital safety practices, and evolving online content standards

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
