Role Overview:
As a Travel Customer Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers before, during, and after their trips. Through chat, email, and other digital communication channels, you will provide assistance with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and a wide range of travel-related requests, ensuring each customer receives efficient, reliable, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient customer support through chat, email, and other online communication channels.
- Assist travelers with booking, changing, and cancelling flights, hotels, transportation services, and travel experiences.
- Offer clear and accurate information regarding itineraries, travel policies, baggage allowances, refund processes, and other travel-related matters.
- Support customers with payment inquiries, account management, and loyalty program requests.
- Assist travelers affected by delays, cancellations, missed connections, and other travel disruptions, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners to ensure timely issue resolution and a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve established targets related to service quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and response times.
- Stay up to date with company procedures, travel industry developments, destination information, and digital support tools through continuous training.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
