Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer, you will review user-generated content — such as text, images, and videos — to verify compliance with company policies, community standards, and relevant regulations. Your critical thinking, balanced judgment, and cultural awareness will be essential in maintaining platform integrity and ensuring user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Examine user submissions to confirm adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Impartial Decisions: Make fair and consistent moderation decisions based on established guidelines

• Platform Safety: Contribute to maintaining a secure, inclusive, and respectful online environment

• Procedure Compliance: Apply policies consistently and adjust to updates or changes when necessary

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
