About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance before, during, or after their trip. Through digital channels, you’ll handle everything from booking questions and itinerary changes to cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns — ensuring each traveler feels supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat, email, and other online platforms with travel-related requests

Assist with reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations

Guide travelers on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage rules, and refund processes

Handle account-related needs such as profile updates, payment questions, and loyalty program support

Recognize urgent or complex situations (e.g., disruptions, missed connections) and escalate when needed

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and solutions

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
