About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via chat, email, and other online platforms with travel-related requests

• Assist with reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations

• Guide travelers on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage rules, and refund processes

• Handle account-related needs such as profile updates, payment questions, and loyalty program support

• Recognize urgent or complex situations (e.g., disruptions, missed connections) and escalate when needed

• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide smooth and consistent support

• Meet quality standards, performance goals, and response-time KPIs

• Stay informed on travel policies, destination updates, tools, and service changes to better assist customers

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
