Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will partner with business clients to understand their goals, strengthen their digital presence, and provide customized technology solutions that support their success. You’ll guide clients throughout the entire sales journey, from initial contact and consultation to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to encourage long-term collaboration
- Present and promote technology products and services tailored to client needs and objectives
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend effective digital solutions to improve business performance
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing opportunities
- Handle objections professionally while identifying additional business growth opportunities
- Track and manage sales pipelines, providing regular reporting and performance updates
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide ongoing support and consultation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued customer success
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Previous experience: in B2B Sales, mandatory in tech
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
