Role Overview:

You’ll guide customers through their options, explain fares and baggage rules in a clear way, and help ensure a smooth travel experience from start to finish. Full training and ongoing support are provided, and you’ll join a team focused on delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, chat, email, and social platforms.

• Booking Support: Help with new reservations, changes, and cancellations.

• Policy Guidance: Explain fares, baggage allowances, travel rules, and available services clearly.

• Travel Assistance: Support customers with check-in, boarding, and travel requirement questions.

• Service Upsell: Recommend upgrades, routes, and solutions based on customer needs.

• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations and resolve cases efficiently.

• Documentation: Record interactions accurately and track case outcomes.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on promotions, airline policies, and travel regulations, and take part in ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
