Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in your respective language.

- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

- Promote and sell products or services to prospective customers.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Contract:

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a multilingual environment.

- Excellent communication skills in at least one of the required languages (German, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, European Spanish, Dutch, Croatian).

- EU passport or residence permit to work in Greece.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
