Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English (C1)

Working Hours:Rotative schedule, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 - 19:00

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading car rental company in Mosta, Malta, known for their commitment to exceptional customer service and seamless rental experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

- Provide detailed information about our vehicles and rental services.

- Assist customers in selecting the best rental options to meet their needs.

- Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in customer service or reservations is essential.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
