- Provide top-notch customer support in German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or French.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Upsell products/services and support sales targets as an Inside Sales Representative.

- Provide technical support for IT-related issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.

Requirements:

- Fluency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or French (written and spoken).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or technical support is advantageous.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Willingness to relocate to either Malaga or Barcelona.
