Senior Hardware Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer for our client operating in the field of Sustainable Technology Solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in hardware design.
• Advanced experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of multilayer PCB design and compliance with EMI/EMC standards.
• Expertise in digital and analog circuit design.
• Experience in hardware development with power electronics, high-speed design, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in preparing production files (BOM, GERBER, Pick and Place).
• Experience with simulation programs like LTSpice or similar.
• Experience in team management and mentoring.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in advanced-level English.

Job Description:

• Create multilayer PCB designs and circuit designs.
• Develop hardware in compliance with EMI/EMC standards.
• Prepare production files and manage the transition of projects to production.
• Work on power electronics and high-speed circuits to optimize designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the hardware development team.
• Manage project processes using Agile methodologies.
