Product Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Design from a top university.
• 2 years of experience designing complex commercial applications in-house.
• Proficiency in English.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of your product design work.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Strong design skills for both mobile and web platforms.
• A clean visual design aesthetic.
• A strong UX focus and an understanding of human behavior.
• Experience in fintech is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborating with a cross-functional, distributed team, including product owners, engineers, data scientists, and other colleagues, to identify and define challenges faced by the company and its clients.
• Taking charge of crafting elegant solutions to these challenges, focusing on every detail from user flow design to prototyping.
• Leading user testing workshops and guerrilla testing sessions to transform complex environments into simple, effective solutions that meet customer needs.
• Iterating on designs and implementing final solutions with the technical team, presenting results during design reviews.
• Embracing a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing release performance, identifying lessons learned, and exploring enhancement opportunities.
• Utilizing our design system to ensure clear communication and consistency across the team.
