Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in IT Governance and Project Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in English for a multinational environment.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience integrating emerging tech trends into governance strategies.
- Proven capability to lead and motivate teams of program/project managers and business analysts.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
Requirements:
- Establish the IT Governance and Management Framework to enhance IT performance.
- Oversee program management of selected projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Manage interdependencies among multiple IT projects for smooth delivery.
- Provide regular reporting to local and global management on project progress.
- Advocate for project management best practices among agile teams, focusing on risk, schedule, and budget management.
