  • Expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in English for a multinational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating emerging tech trends into governance strategies.
  • Proven capability to lead and motivate teams of program/project managers and business analysts.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

Requirements:

  • Establish the IT Governance and Management Framework to enhance IT performance.
  • Oversee program management of selected projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Manage interdependencies among multiple IT projects for smooth delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting to local and global management on project progress.
  • Advocate for project management best practices among agile teams, focusing on risk, schedule, and budget management.
