Embedded Systems Software & Hardware Manager

We are looking for a Embedded Systems Software & Hardware Manager for our client operating in the field of Sustainable Technology Solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience.
• Experience in software development for embedded systems.
• Ability to actively contribute to projects is preferred.
• Capable of mentoring software and hardware development teams.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, with the ability to serve as Scrum Master.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements:

• Lead software and hardware development projects on embedded systems.
• Manage software and hardware development teams, create work plans, and coordinate processes.
• Mentor technical teams and develop innovative solutions within projects.
• Manage project processes using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and delivery.
• Ensure that software and hardware projects meet quality standards.
• Regularly share project progress updates with upper management.
