This firm is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on financial leader to join their collaborative team in Lutherville, Maryland and play a key role in their continued growth and success.

As a trusted advisor to the Managing Partners, the Director of Finance/Controller will have a seat at the table and a direct impact on the firm's future. This highly visible role combines strategic leadership with operational responsibility, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis, while overseeing critical day-to-day financial operations. Key areas of responsibility include:

Strategic financial planning and business advisory

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Multi-entity accounting and financial reporting

Accounts payable and company disbursements

Payroll and commission administration

Cash flow and treasury management

401(k) financial administration and reconciliation

HSA and employee benefits financial administration

Financial controls and process improvement

Lutherville, Maryland Full-Time | Primarily Office Based

CPA designation preferred
