Job Description:

 Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests professionally and provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service in the Bistro, at assigned restaurant stations, or other venues as directed.

Assistance with Wine & Events: Support the Head Sommelier with preparation, execution, and breakdown of wine tastings, seminars, and Vintage Room dinners.

Standards & Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of service and cleanliness in assigned areas in accordance with USPH / Shipboard Sanitation Program standards, including accurate record-keeping and log updates.

Equipment Care: Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and safe storage of all equipment in the Bistro and at assigned stations, complying with safety regulations.

Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues to the assigned supervisor and follow up on work orders until completion.

Training & Meetings: Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and other educational activities as scheduled.

Professional Conduct: Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times, even under pressure, applying the principles of .
