Job Description:
We are looking for high standards and high quality fashion. You are advising the guests with a great deal of tact by meeting customers needs and wishes. The extensive range of labelled clothes, perfumes, cosmetics and
jewelleries in the shop need to be well presented and organised. Apart from selling the items you should pay attention on merchandising them and on a pleasant ambience and atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the customers persuasive and friendly during the buying decisionwith a clear focus on a successful purchase
- Responsible for organisation and tidiness in the shop as agreed with the Shop Manager
- Responsible for the own stock as agreed with the Shop Manager
- Optimize the merchandising on the shop floor regularly by e.g. decoratingthe show case as agreed with the Shop Manager
- Make sure that there is always enough on stock and keep the Shop Manager inform about customers wishes
- Being the collector in charge
- Do the stocktaking
- Keep the stock and the shop clean
- Play a part of special events or/and sales promotions
- Always keep a high customer satisfaction
- Attend on health and safety trainings and always meet the safety instructions
Requirements
- Previous retail or duty-free shop experience onboard ships or in a similar travel retail environment (preferred).
- Completed a professional training in the service- or retail sector with experiences on selling clothing, perfumery, watches and/or jewellery.
