Job Description:
Requirements:- Recently graduated or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date.
- Alternatively - has degree or professional certificate from a foreign post- secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.S. OR have 5 years of experience in the field in which they are training.
- Minimum age of 18 with intermediate to advanced English skills.
- Passport: Must have a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application.
- Reference Letter: Provide a reference letter from your university.
- Proof of University Accreditation: Submit documentation confirming the accreditation status of your university.
- Proof of Academic Status: Include a document verifying your current academic status from your university.
- University Diploma: If you have graduated, please provide a copy of your university diploma.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, positivity, and trustworthiness.
- Must have full availability, that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
- Must be able to remain calm under increasing demands of the operation, be consistent in presentation and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, with orwithout reasonable accommodation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Two years experience in a similar role.
- Culinary Certificate or Degree.
- Experience at a luxury hospitality property.
