Job Description:

1. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in accordance with international regulations and standards.

2. Monitor and report on the company's environmental performance, including waste management, energy consumption, and emissions.

3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and identify areas for improvement.

4. Provide training and guidance to crew members on environmental best practices and procedures.

5. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives.

6. Stay up-to-date on environmental regulations and industry trends to ensure the company's compliance and continuous improvement.

7. Investigate and resolve any environmental incidents or concerns that may arise.

8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the company's environmental performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Science, or related field.

2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the marine industry.

3. Knowledge of international environmental regulations and standards.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management software.

9. Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
