Job Description:
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware
- Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, and garnishes
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, such as sodas and juices
- Assist bartenders with preparing and serving alcoholic drinks
- Maintain inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering any questions and addressing any concerns
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid food handler's certificate and TIPS certification
