Job Description:
1. Responsibility
(1) Responsible for the agreed standards and recipes as well as smooth and up-to-standard workflow in the assigned areas.
(2) Conducting of the opening and closing procedures of Outlet. Following up on the tasks received from direct proxies.
(3) Forwarding all necessary information and updates to the fellow Crew Members.
(4) Reporting any issues to the direct supervisor.
(5) Responsible for the careful handling of all work equipment and facilities in the assigned service area and carrying the equipment inventory (In case needed).
(6) Monitoring the Stock of Hand in the assigned outlets and writing of the requisition for the next day/s and/or special events. (In case needed)
(7) Completion and checking of the food, beverage, and consumables orders for the work area in strict adherence to budget-related and other requirements.
(8) To carry out inventories in the areas of responsibility. (in case needed)
(9) Setting up of the events, workshops, and tastings.
(10) Perform routine tasks such as setting up and dismantling activities in the area of responsibility, and the proper stowing of goods and equipment to the highest level of safety standard
(11) Production, including service of all bar drinks in accordance with all required standards in the work area.
(12) Active implementation of the philosophy behind the companys product.
(13) Contact person for the passengers regarding suggestions, problems, and complaints in the service department.
(14) Knowledge of the assigned security and safety roll number (from the ships articles) and the assigned duties in case of an emergency.
(15) Supervision and training of the strict adherence to all agreed regulations (USPH/HACCP, ISM/ISO, SQM, TUIC Service standards), especially regarding work safety & security, environment protection and hygiene regulations in his/her/diverse area of responsibility.
(16) To maintain logs and checklists in accordance with the company specifications
(17) Strict compliance with OPP and COVID19 regulations.
(18) Participation in the guest tracking during regular operation by constant monitoring of the process and conduction of the spot checks.
(19) During take-over and shipyard times, additional tasks must be fulfilled if required.
(20) Performing of the additional tasks such as Loadings, Luggage help, Check in Terminal, etc. in case need arises.
