Do you have a passion for gastronomy, but durian and halo-halo are foreign words even to you? With your job on board as Assistant Restaurant Manager (Executive Maitre d'hotel) (f/m/d) you look beyond your own nose and don't serve dishes, but experiences:
- Organization and control of the assigned area by the restaurant manager as well as delegating tasks
- Presence during meals in the restaurant and constant control even during menu briefings
- Control of routine tasks carried out, such as assembly and dismantling measures in the area of responsibility, as well as the proper clearing away of goods and equipment according to the highest safety standards
- Assisting the Executive Maitre D' in writing and reviewing the daily work schedule for employees
- Organization and coordination of tasks for special occasions and additional side tasks such as on-the-job training
- Contact person for the guests for suggestions, suggestions and criticism in the service
- In special cases also flexible use in other service areas
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
