Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain all video equipment on board, including cameras, projectors, and editing software

- Set up and test equipment before each show or event

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick and efficient solutions

- Collaborate with other technicians and performers to ensure smooth and seamless production

- Maintain a high level of quality control for all video content, ensuring it meets company standards and guest expectations

- Manage video inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained

- Assist with the creation and editing of promotional videos and other marketing materials

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video technology

- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment and working in various performance spaces on board the ship

- Provide excellent customer service to guests and promptly address any concerns or inquiries related to video equipment or content

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Video Technician, preferably in a live entertainment setting

- Extensive knowledge of various video equipment and software, including cameras, projectors, and editing programs

- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality video content

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on board a cruise ship
