Job Description:

 Assist the Expedition Manager in all aspects of planning and coordinating expedition cruises, including itinerary development, logistics, and guest services

- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, guest services, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests

- Prepare and distribute detailed itineraries and other relevant information to guests and crew members

- Coordinate with local authorities and vendors to secure necessary permits and services for each expedition

- Assist with managing onboard activities and excursions, ensuring they are in line with company standards and guest expectations

- Monitor and maintain inventory of expedition equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly stocked and in good condition

- Provide support to the Expedition Manager during the expedition, including handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

- Assist with post-expedition evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our expeditions and guest experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in the cruise industry, preferably in expedition cruises

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
