Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cut various types of meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and seafood, according to specific instructions and standards onboard the cruise ship.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of equipment and tools.

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for meat products as needed.

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butcher in a professional setting.

- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper preparation techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and standards.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
