Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and service of meals in the dining room, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and maintain the dining room, ensuring all tables are properly set and stocked with necessary items
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements, taking into consideration any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Take and serve food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including clearing and resetting tables
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code guidelines
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality setting
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
