Job Description:

Position: Demi Chef De Partie Baker

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Baker in the daily production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards

- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

- Train and mentor junior team members on baking techniques and standards

- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to create new and innovative menu items

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene regulations

- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie Baker or in a similar role

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and background check
