  • Substitute (f/m/d) for the Maître d'hôtel
  • Management of a restaurant with up to 300 seats and 40 employees in the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
  • Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
  • Passenger contact person for complaints, comments and suggestions
  • Motivation of the crew members for excellent service performance
  • Responsible for the crew mess
  • Support of the maître d'hôtel in staff planning
  • Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)

  • Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
  • Very good specialist knowledge in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage and wine knowledge
  • Cost and quality awareness
  • Team player and leader with responsibility for up to 40 employees
  • Very neat and pleasant appearance with friendly and polite manners
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
