- Substitute (f/m/d) for the Maître d'hôtel
- Management of a restaurant with up to 300 seats and 40 employees in the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
- Passenger contact person for complaints, comments and suggestions
- Motivation of the crew members for excellent service performance
- Responsible for the crew mess
- Support of the maître d'hôtel in staff planning
- Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)
We are looking for the best: you! What you bring on board:
- Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
- Very good specialist knowledge in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage and wine knowledge
- Cost and quality awareness
- Team player and leader with responsibility for up to 40 employees
- Very neat and pleasant appearance with friendly and polite manners
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
