Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cruise Director in planning and organizing daily activities, events, and entertainment for guests of all ages on board the cruise ship
- Act as a host and master of ceremonies for onboard events and activities, ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all onboard activities, including scheduling, set-up, and clean-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures as required.
- Act as a liaison between guests and the ship's management, addressing any complaints or issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining activity schedules, inventory management, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
