Job Description:
Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for them travelers in accordance with company standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Practicing company values
- Providing professional food and beverage service for approximately 20 to 24 persons in restaurant and lounge area
- Responsible for the mise en place and hygiene of dining room area
- Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
- Relieving Restaurant Manager during his/her absence
- Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager
