Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with their shopping needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain the appearance of the shop by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping the area clean and tidy
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Promote and upsell merchandise to guests, providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25lbs
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
