Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns they may have during their stay
- Handle guest complaints and work towards providing a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times while interacting with guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met
- Keep track of guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements to management
- Plan and organize special events and activities for guests
- Provide guests with information about the ship's facilities, activities, and services
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- Ensure that all guest information is kept confidential and secure
- Uphold the company's standards of service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by the company
