Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Prepare a variety of snacks and refreshments according to company standards

- Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh and properly stocked

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack bar area

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests

- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills and cash handling experience

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to work well in a team environment

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
