Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage shore excursions for cruise ship guests, including booking transportation, arranging activities, and providing information and assistance to guests
- Develop and maintain relationships with local tour operators and vendors to ensure high-quality and unique excursions for guests
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about excursions, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of excursion bookings and payments
- Assist with the planning and execution of onboard events and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities in various ports of call is an asset
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
