Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage onboard the cruise ship
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about the ship's facilities and services
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting and delivering luggage to and from guest rooms
- Provide information and directions to guests, including recommendations for on-board activities and excursions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest service
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the ship and its services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
