Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and host a variety of entertainment activities and events for guests of all ages onboard the cruise ship
- Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to develop new and exciting entertainment options
- Ensure all activities are executed according to company standards and guidelines
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events and activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests at all times
- Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to continually improve performance and skills
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in entertainment, performing arts, or event planning preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for entertaining and engaging with people of all ages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
