Job Description:
- Prepare and cut meat according to specified requirements and standards.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery area.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control of meat supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a maritime or hospitality setting.
- Valid STCW certification and all necessary documents for ship readiness.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and preservation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
