Position: Commis Chef

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to our menu and recipes

- Ensure all food items are of high quality and presented in an attractive manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

- Assist with inventory and stock control, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and properly stored

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role is preferred

- Culinary degree or diploma is an asset

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
