Job Description:

Chef De Partie Baker - Cruise Ship

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our guests

- Ensuring that all baked goods are of high quality and meet company standards

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Training and supervising junior bakers and kitchen staff

- Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to create new menu items

- Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie Baker in a high-volume kitchen

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with others
