Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook all meals for the crew, in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations

Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards

Monitor the quality of all ingredients used in the preparation of meals

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food preparation areas

Maintain accurate records of food production and inventory

Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored

Monitor food supplies and order new supplies as necessary

Monitor food waste and ensure that it is disposed of in accordance with regulations

Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all crew members

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
