Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome passengers as they enter dining areas or lounges.

  • Manage seating and reservation arrangements based on guest preferences and availability.

  • Maintain waitlists and ensure smooth guest flow during busy meal times.

  • Communicate with wait staff and kitchen regarding seating, VIP guests, and special occasions.

  • Escort guests to their assigned tables or sections.

  • Provide accurate information about the days menus, special events, and ship services.

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns diplomatically and report issues to supervisors.

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentability of entrance areas.

  • Assist with themed nights, special dining events, or captains dinners.

Requirements: 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and fine dining.
  • Training in customer service or hospitality a plus
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (English fluency required; other languages are a plus).

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during high guest traffic.

  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance 

  • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays on contract
