Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they board the ship

- Assist with check-in and registration process

- Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their stay

- Coordinate and manage guest activities and events

- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate with guests from different countries and cultures

- Ensure all guest needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas

- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service

- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Fluent in multiple languages (English proficiency required)

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
