Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they embark On Board Cruise Ship
- Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their journey
- Assist with onboard activities and events, such as parties, games, and shows
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including dining rooms, lounges, and entertainment venues
- Collaborate with other crew members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Fluent in multiple languages to communicate with guests from different countries
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Fluent in multiple languages, including English and at least one other language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
- Must be physically able to perform duties, including standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds
